Happy Friday everyone! I know that for me it was a week full of tests on my happiness and patience. But we made it through! I am once again linking up with Lauren at From My Grey Desk. Here are my high fives from the week!
1) Economics – DONE!
This class was the toughest for me out of the entire MBA core. Math isn’t my strong suit and it didn’t help that I was sick for the middle 2 weeks of the course. But I am done! After a take home final that took 3 1/2 hours vs the 1 he said it would take and an in-class portion of the final, I am SO over Economics. Happy to be done!
2) Go team USA!
I have really enjoyed watching the Olympics but my favorite event is woman’s gymanstics. I cried right along with those girls when they won the gold. I loved how supportive they are of one another.
Swimming is a close second favorite for me and who couldn’t help but fill up with emotion when Phelps received the honor of having the most Olympic medals EVER. Those guys in that relay really helped him achieve that and it made my heart happy. I am so proud right now to live in the USA!
3) Extra Cassidy Time
This isn’t really for a great reason but I got to spend my lunch hours with Cassidy at the doctor’s office this week. While I would have much rather spent time with her in a happier setting I still love any extra time I get to spend with her.
Crawling around the doctor’s office.
4) Family Walks!
Even though it was a hectic week we made sure to spend time outdoors once it cooled off a bit. I love our family walks and it does everyone good to get out of the house.
5) Guess who is 10 months??!!
This little girl! More on that in another post but it makes me happy to see her growing into such a happy little girl!
What were your high fives this week?
